2. Enquiries
Your name, email and message are used to respond and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Technical details such as IP address and browser identification are used to protect the service against abuse, based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Enquiry data is kept for at most 12 months, or a shorter period according to the purpose and a justified request.
3. Essential settings
Your language may be remembered in sessionStorage for the current tab. Your measurement preference is stored in localStorage under msystems_consent for up to 180 days. Form text and project briefs are not saved in these stores. An unfinished brief is lost when the page is refreshed or closed. PDF and TXT exports are generated in your browser.
4. Optional Google Analytics 4
The tag loads only after explicit permission and only when measurement has been activated. The legal basis is consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Measurement may process online identifiers, visits, device types, approved campaign sources and button use. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and form text are not sent to Analytics. Enquiry clicks and server-confirmed submissions are different events. Advertising features, Google Signals and Meta Pixel are not used. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Detailed event retention must be set to 2 months in GA4 before activation. Aggregated reports may follow different retention rules of the service.
5. Your choice
Rejecting statistics does not limit the website or enquiry forms. Change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops further measurement and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies. The page may reload to fully unload an existing tag.
6. Recipients
Hosting and email providers support operation of the website and email service. If GA4 is enabled and permitted, Google receives analytics data. 7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw measurement consent. Contact hello@msystems.sk. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority.
